Cheers lads for a top notch session last night. All the Blackburn contingent enjoyed it thoroughly and we will be back again for another 'rumble' in the near future....if only so J.B. can get his own back on Ross for the face bar that left his jaw'bone feeling like it had been stamped on!

Its a good compliment if J.B. gives you respect cause usually when he has a dabble at something different hes comes away saying it was dire and he mauled them all.

Seriously the big difference was the way you utilise your legs more in the ground play (something which I personally have to do anyway even in judo cause I'm usually fighting at a weight disadvantage). All the lads commented on this and its something they are keen to work on.

Once again thanks...expecially to Andy for the original invite (some months ago) and arranging a good class for us.

By the way Angry, when I came in you said I was nothing like you imagined me to be.....did you not expect me to be so good looking, suave & debonaire?

Talk big and tough? No that's not me...I'm just a humble kind of guy who's been at the MA thing for a while now, so occasionally what advice I give may sound like boll*/ks but it usually has some foundation behind it (I was MA training when many were still potty training you know!).

Anyway you were not quite what I expected...you were bigger...most definitely louder...but mainly a lot friendlier. I could tell you can do the business...but you didn't feel the need to show it...much to the relief of my left leg!

Anyway we will be back for another session in the near future...Simon was already making plans for it on the way home & next time he can do the driving cos I'm knackered.
