Congratulations to Kieron, Marc, Simon and the Moonfaces on their promotions (and anyone else i don't know about).

Andy, send us an email sometime with full details to update the Royce site.

I told you John as well, dumbo.

Anyway, cheers...and yeah, well done to everyone who got promotions on the seminar. I think a few 'strangers in town' got their blues too, but I didn't really see from where I was.

Shame you missed it, brown boy...

They looked pretty strange to me.

Get em to come to the regular classes...

Yeah, I told Rob about Adam as well. I think he purposely left people out because he doesn't like them or something.

Andy C> fair enough mate, would be cool to get more people down to the classes though.

I would love to come to classes, at the moment i cant even make privates as money is tight and my school has only been open 6 months, but hopefully when summer is over i will be able to get back in training, im missing all the tapping i was doing when sparring Andy!

Hey hey hey, there was no mention of Adam from Marc, looks like he's the one with the problem!

Well congrats to all anyway!

Started training at RGJJN Newcastle tonight (wed, thurs, fri, sat), and just f*cking YES!!! Pure class! Plus will have Royce up here in Feb i think.

Couldn't have worked out any better! Don't think I'll be down at the Jesmond Fight Club much more, maybe the odd session.

Nice one, from what I've heard, it'll be the best place to train up there anyway.

The guys who came with me have definitely decided they are up for more of the same. They want to come on a fairly regular basis of a visit say once every couple of months (taking into account we are 2 hours drive away - and have other clubs to teach).

For those who don't know we were the 3 lads who came in just before the seminar kicked off....Dave & me wearing yellow belts (cos we couldnt find any white ones) and Simon, ended up on the side room mat for the sparring at the end.

Hey Ross - I cant help it if my 'snaking' legs make your guys uneasy when we roll, just warn them not to strugle too much when I get them in a triangle, me being a romo like!

I must be, keep bothering to post genuine advice on this forum only to get trashed! I suppose doing MA twice a week for 18 years as a hobby doesn't count for much....if you've never done NHB in the ring I guess you don't know jack shit!
