so in bjj you can use belt and gi jacket? noone told me :-))

You can definately use the jacket, not sure about the belt.

Well I'm still working my way upto it, shouldn't be much longer.

Training that is, not running on the mats with a bat at Seni 06 :-)

cmon Robsco you bring a wooden bat ill bring the aluminium well settle the age old question of which martial art.. i mean baseball bat is the best ...:-D

fools, rob i thought you knew about bjj?!!!

In bjj

wrist locks apart from (hand of cow) achilles lock ok for white blue purple brown black
wrist locks, achilles, toe hold, kneebar, calf crushes ok for brown and black

NO HEEL HOOKS, NECK CRANKS, SPINE LOCKS or anything that TWISTS THE KNEE

in adcc

no spine locks (inc some neck cranks), small finger manipulations and other obvious stuff

ROB, kneebars is covered in ALL LEG LOCKS!

how do you catch someone in a rear naked choke if they can use a wrist lock against you?

You can't get out of a submission once it is fully applied, that's the point in submitting. With someone applying a full naked choke, it is very easy to reach back with both hands to attack a single wrist of the opponents.

i cant see you being able to land the wrist lock or even secure the leverage to apply it.....:-p
