Monday 31st July 2006 at 23:45 yeh its combined, its two sessions a week and we focus on either standing or ground fighting for a couple of sessions a time. the striking is thai kickboxing and most of the ground stuff tends to be bjj. im really enjoying it, i do the two sessions a week and also do some bag work and go over the stuff at home.
