If you are going to start training again you either come to Woking on a Fri or go to Rogers Academy

The problem with that is, it's a complete pain in the ar*e to get anywhere, with no car i'm stranded, where is Roger's again? in London?

Would be great to get to Woking but I'm just above Heathrow, it'd prob take an hour atleast to get there. :-/

1-2 hrs to get there, then 1-2 hrs to get back :-/

I guess I'm too used to walking 10 mins to a club.

FINE! to shut you all up! :o)

Sent a mail to Rogers place to arrange an intro session.

Was looking at a place near here but turned out to be more trad jujitsu/thai boxing, although did have one of Rogers guys there last night teaching.

Then was thinking about Carlsons at Hammersmith, at which point I realised if I'm going into london I may aswell get my ar*e to Rogers.

happy now? :-p

Oh joy, i was quite looking forward to an intro class so they can see how unfit I am, was told there's no point in that, then was told i'd just go to the advanced class cos the beginners class is only for White belts, perhaps I should'nt have said I was blue.

Well you'll get a good laugh tomorrow Andy, I'll be melting in the corner on life support after 10 minutes.

Not gonna make it tomorrow, but hoping to get there for Monday. Glad they have classes every day, and the alternate times for beginners/advanced is good. The 6:30 starts might be a struggle sometimes.

What's the deal with how many classes a week? Any limit? I've got a feeling I may get a little mad with it and be there 6 days a week, the wallet could take it.

Was a bit surprised that 'beginner' classes are white only, no cross-over?

How many in a typical Advanced class? or even in a typical beginners class?

if you sign up to monthly its unlimited training, not sure of the price though. and its definately cheaper than per session, even if you only plan on training once a week.

class size varies between 10-25 probably.

reason just advanced and beginner is that the majority are whites and blues with about a dozen purples and a few browns.

i know roger is thinking about an intermediate session.

will you be there tonight? i may pop along if you are? f not i'll be there weds!!
