Never heard of it, wanna offer a little more info?

Sounds like a classic mix of Judo with JuJitsu.

We do a mix of Shorinji Ryu Karate, Judo, Aikido, Daito Ryu Jujutsu and Jukaido self defense. The emphasis is on self discipline and becoming a better person. A traditional Art as opposed to being a sport, Jukai is a World Kobudo Federation recognized Art and was developed by my Shihan Wayne Thibodeau. We are taught Focus thru meditation and extension of Ki.

the meditation and ki part makes it sound alot like traditional Aikido.

"Those who are skilled in combat do not become angered,
those who are skilled at winning do not become afraid.
Thus the wise win before the fight, while the ignorant fight to win."

Like I said we do a mix of Japanese Arts. Shihan has selected what he views as the essential parts of each style in developing his/our style. We have a very traditional club and classes are run in a very traditional military style. After all isnt that what Martial Arts are..the art of war/combat (not a literal translation). Best thing that has happened to me, after the birth of my son.
