Hi All,

I've done two BJJ comps, and i have my third coming up shortly.
my first one i lost, which i expected anyway seeing as it was my first! - the second one i also lost, but was very very close... won't go into detail!

just wondering if anyone else does compeitions here and if they can give any advise on the prep work, not just your training the month/s before hand but when your waiting to fight, when you have like 30min or so before you get into it.
anyone with any advise or who wants to share their experiance in comp would be welcome!!

cheers

I've seen some/most competitions have a warm-up mat, take advantage!

In my previous comps I've pretty much forgotten everything the moment the fight starts.
