Recently dislocated my finger through training (accidents happen). Now just cant find the motivtion to get back in the gym and study this fantastic sport. Who else has felt like this? What did you do to get back into it? Share some ideas

Only you know why you cant find the motivation to train, maybe the fear of picking up another injury is stopping you training.
Work hard, train hard, play hard.
