Thursday 29th April 2010 at 15:32 Has anyone studied this? Got classes nearby and although I'd prefer BJJ most classes are more than 1/2 hour away. Don't mind a bit of kata but don't want something too staged and would prefer a lot of free sparring any feedback would be appreciated |

Monday 14th March 2011 at 19:25 I know its a bit of a late reply, but thats what i started out in back in the early 90's! then it turns out half my karate class and my mate who teaches jiu jitsu up longton did as well! |
