I quit Tae Kwon Doe awhile ago but couldn't keep myself away from the martial arts for long. I stumbled upon your site when I was looking up Ju Jitsu and find it very informative. It's an excellant alternative to a martial arts school. The pictures help me to understand what the text is implying, thank you for this addition to the web.
