What a cool web-site! It explains a variety of techniques step-by-step in clear english. An excellent resourse for any J(i)u-Jitsu student, regardless of level and style. Well Done!

Brian (Dan Zan Ru & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, White Belt)

I have been training twice a week, for the last 9 weeks, along with 5 of my other friends from work. I will now be able to train 4 times a week, starting later this month. I like Ju Jitsu alot, I can't train enough, it's a lot of fun and a very good work out. This site is nice, and has a lot of potential, keep up the good work.
