Michael East (Jiu-Jitsu)

I have been trying to learn jiu-jitsu on my own for some time now from videos, people that have attended classes, and now the computer. The hard thing about learning on your own is that there does not seem to be alot of pictures that I can find showing techniques. Where I live there are not but a couple of people that have had any training in jiu-jitsu. The computer is my last hope of learning more than I currently know. I am trying to find various ankle locks and knee bars.

I have yet to find anything that has these available unless I spend almost $70.00 for a 50 minute video. If you know of any other web sites please let me know....Mike

Very good site! You have some very useful info on here. I like the groundwork. If you can't fight on the ground, you can't fight!!! (Well, pretty much so anyway!)
Keep up the good work.
Sarah.

Great web site. I am looking for Jiu Jitsu students who are willing to exchange videos of seminars or dojo/academy training. Please no copy guarded tapes. I can make tapes in VHS or PALS format.

Great looking site. The techniques shown in this site are
very well organised, Ju Jitsu is a must for all newbies into martial arts or ADVANCED/EXPERT MARTIAL ARTISTS wanting to mix styles.
My Martial arts has now taken on a new begining since being awarded my Shodan
