You are squared off with your attacker.
Bring your right knee up level with your hips.
Strike with your right foot to your attackers groin.
Bring your foot back and keep your knee level with your hips. Turn anti-clockwise on the ball of your left foot.
Strike again with your right foot. This can be to your attackers knee or another groin shot.
Place your right foot back on the floor behind your left foot.
