This technique is used against a straight punch.
As your attacker throws the strike, block it with a basic inside forearm block and step forward with your left foot.
Wrap your left arm round the outside of your attackers striking arm as shown.
Deliver a palm heel strike to your attackers right shoulder with your right hand.
Grab your right wrist with your left hand as shown.
Walk into your attacker and keep your head down to guard against other strikes. Now raise your hands directly up as high as possible.
