Good stuff here! Keep up the good work. It would be great if you can constantly update the technique.. meaning at times we can see these tech being executed standing up.. before both fighters fall to the ground etc. Again Thank you.

The reverse twist punch, could use some modifying from my instructor Master Hidetaka Nishiyama. Eyes focued between the eyes of oppenant, tailbone under body, and most diffently rear heel on the floor for total body connection. Your style should keep the traditional body dynamics enforced.
