High Parry

High parry's can be used to block straight punches or hook punches from your attacker.

If your attacker throws a left punch, you should block it with your left arm as shown. Also twist clockwise on the ball of your left foot.

If your attacker throws a right punch, you should block it with your right arm as shown. Also twist anti-clockwise on the ball of your right foot.
