...title says it all really, I think it's tomorrow he flies out, so good luck mate, I'm sure you'll do well.
Also, did anyone see the article in the sports section of the Star about RGJJ Sheffield last night? Dom can't hide anymore...picture and name's in the paper...

I can do better than that- I just scanned it in and sent it to Rob to go on the website. Also, if you want your own proper copy, just go down to the Star offices in town sometime, they keep back issues for a few days I think. It'll obviously cost you 32p, but hey...

Has Andy competed yet and has he won? It will be good if he has cause I can then add him to my last of 'good-uns' that I've met. 'European and Pan American Champion' hmmm...got quite a ring to it. I might even list Angry when he take the UFC crown!
PS. still like to know details of the Neil Adams seminar on the 24th May if anyone can supply them in Andy's absence.... how much, what time, what's he covering (ground grappling tactics I assume?), can me and some of my mates attend, etc?.... Robsco do you know?
Well no full details for ya yet, i think it's one of our other instructors that's sorting it all, but you will all be able to come along, as long as there's places left of course.

Robsco!

All I know is that it's standing grappling that he's covering, the reason being that if you have Royce coming to do your ground seminars, would you really need a Judo guy (however good), to cover it as well?
Anyway, any news on Pan Ams yet?

Andy trained so hard, and had the nuts to go out to america to fight, he had an unlucky first fight and lost a very close battle by points, andy will continue to train and will be a black belt in bjj like helio gracie
Respect for just doing it,learn from the experience a loss will come to most people at some time, its how you deal with it, that will make you a better person/martial artist.
