Yorkshire Fight Night

Congratulations to everyone that represented Royce Gracie Sheffield last night, and to everyone that came to support us.

I won with an arm-bar at 2:06 in the first round.

Dom won with a rear naked choke at 2:30 in the first round.

John lost to what looked like an americana, but was unlucky when his takedown bounced off the ropes and ended up on the bottom. Still a great fight tho!

Yeah, well done you three, you all fought really well.

I may have gone a bit over the top for Rob's win, but I'd had one or eight beers by that point, plus Dom had already got us a bit excited (from his fight that is). That's my excuse anyway.

But congratulations again, you did us all proud.
