Good to see ya back, but how did it go with your fight with Andy? The dissapearing act is an old one. :-))

Had a load of personal problems to sort out so I havent been trianing in the last couple of weeks.
I just started back trianing this week.I havent forgot about Andy lol.
Just giving him enough time to prepare lol.Dont want to beat him to badly.
Any way i,m as stiff as a board tonight.Do you know of any good technigues to get speed,stamia and subleness up fast.I,ve a bad ass second dan grading comming up before the summer and i,ve been lazy on it due to a few problems.

Part of the grading is weopens katas and tips would be helpful to.Hows life treating you Robsco?

slightly, i took the fight on a weeks notice which was fun. How you know which one's me???

Good job i didn't take that fight, wouldn't have been ready for it - bloody hell, i really do need to get back upto my old level (not that it was any good) but back in the Vale Tudo.

so you pulled out with a week to go, you tw*t, thats really nice thing to do to the promoter who gave you a chance to fight on his last show.:-X

Sure I pulled out much longer than a week to go, I entered the first one thinking i was gonna get my arse whooped, think i was ill for the 2nd one.

"How do you know which one is me" there is a pic of you on this site and think you have posted one on here in the past. My only question on this one is what where you doing at the beggining you were on the ropes with your body wrapped round him... At one point im sure he asks the ref for help?

the ref said something to him, regarding breaking the rules, we were the last fight of the night and there had been amatuer matches that night, the same happens to me when i'm on his back hitting him.
