so next comp is August 6th for British Submission Open.

then MMA on 17th Sept.

then Sub league on 24th.

Im having tea tonight at 6 then having breakfast in the morning at 6 followed by dinner at 12 and tea again at 6. Me thinks im having sunday lunch this week but not sure what time. Will keep you posted.
