Interesting that but i personally think Matt Ettiquete is a load of s***

Also learning Japanese terms for a grading..... im not even gonna go there....

Andy is the brazilian term for a rear naked Mata Leo (spelling..) something like that?

mata leo means lion killer in portugeuse

If the first westerners were soldiers during WWII then how come I have a judo book written by a westerner from 1930's? I've also seen pictures of British soldiers studying ju-jitsu at around the same time.

Wouldn't it have more to do with the cleaning up of the MA scene in Japan and the teaching in schools? After all, that is why the Japanese schoolies all wear sailor suits, so they look like the military.
