Well guys, I'm about to get back training, starting this Sunday.
Please all slate me if I miss the session, I need some enthusiasm to get back in the game - no doubt after one class I'll be hooked again, and it's been faaaaaaar too long.

Gi in and around Newcastle, 2 clubs available, think I'll be going for a quieter place first before I get slaughtered at Gracie Barra. :-)

Will they be using the same or similar syllabus and techniques that you've trained in Rob? It seems to me that BJJ, unlike traditional stuff, is a lot more forward looking and evolving all the time (definately a good thing).

I used to train in GB Newcastle and the other smaller club about a year ago, so I know most of em, and how they train.
I think BJJ in one place is pretty much identical to BJJ in another, just different techniques, but they're all BJJ, so it's not like different places have different syllabi (great word). The Admin Guy
