Running weights? What? Ya mean ya roll em down a hill and chase?

I'm currently looking for somewhere in Nottingham, there is Lee Livingstone, but his place is on the other side of the city to where i live and work.

not when doing bjj!!!:-p

but when lifting i use heavy weights apart from on the bar complexes, cos that is ued to build lactic threshold, i will post the bar complexes and challenge people to have a go at it, it is an awesome workout.

5 sets, set = 6 reps each ex, 1st set just bar, 2nd 10kg, 3rd 20kg, 4th 10kg, 5th no weight.

Each set should be about 2mins with 1 ½ mins rest in between, if it gets easy do it faster.

Straight leg deadlift
Shrugs
Jump squats (bar on chest)
Shoulder press
High pulls
Bent over row
clean and jerk
Behind head jump squats (bar on shoulders)
Good mornings
Triceps extensions (bar behind head, straighten arms upwards)
Bicep curls
Close grip bench press
Wide grip bench press
Close grip bench overhead
Wide grip bench overhead

Well had a go tonight and thought 20kg wouldn't be enough but its a good work out and certainly enough gonna make it part of my routine! Nice one Andy. One question though the over head bench press is that incline bench press or a bench tricep extension..
