I see judo a karate classes for the wains there when I'm down at the gym not too sure about ju-jitsu. Do ye know of anywhere in the town?

Plus they go to other seminars and cross trian with other clubs. Hope this helps just land down as you will be most welcome there all good lads.

The reason I started lookin into the martial arts is because i broke my hand a few months ago and its still bloody hammered. I reckoned you guys would know a thing or two about rehab because NHS physio just isn't doin the best for me. Plus I love the old UFC and Pride.
