Derry lad here.

Do you teach classes Kieran?
I'm lookin to join up some where in Derry, I know they used to do them in Templemore dunno about now.
I see judo a karate classes for the wains there when I'm down at the gym not too sure about ju-jitsu.
Do ye know of anywhere in the town?

Aye heres the trianing times for the Oakleaf ju-jitsu fedration afflited to the World Ju-jitsu Fedration

Templemore Sports Complex
Squash Courts

Tuesdays 7.30-9.30pm
Instructor Sensi Patsy Carlin 6th Dan
First night free then £2.00 per session

Thursdays 7.30-9.30pm
Instructor Sensi Dermott Doherty 2nd Dan
£2.00 per session

St. Joseth,s Youth Club
Leinmore

Sundays 12.00-1.30
£2.00 per session
Instructor Peter Day 2nd Dan

Its a very well run club with very patient instructors and a good family atmosphere where every one helps one another night. Plus they go to other seminars and cross trian with other clubs.

Good stuff! I must get down to see the craic.

The reason I started lookin into the martial arts is because i broke my hand a few months ago and its still bloody hammered.
I reckoned you guys would know a thing or two about rehab because NHS physio just isn't doin the best for me.
Plus I love the old UFC and Pride.
