They've actually moved to Long Eaton, which is just down the road from me.

We've just had a guy start at my office from the US and he's into the UFC and wants to give it a go - guess it'll prob get me going more if I'm showing someone the ropes a bit.

yeah always helps to have someone to go to training with keeps you motivated....
