i think adam is more than ready he has a solid aggressive game which is good for mma. john i dunno i havent seen him at training. and i havent seen keiron either, but id prefer for him to wait a while, but its andys choice

Does anyone know anything about this Hywel Teague guy I'm fighting? Seems to write an awful lot of articles on SFUK and CageWarriors, etc.
