hey everyone, just thought id let you know that ive started a combination thai kickboxing and ground fighting class

Good deal man. Are you starting in martial arts for the first time? Or do you have experience?

Is that a combined lesson? Sounds like a definate MMA class, eh?

yeh its combined, its two sessions a week and we focus on either standing or ground fighting for a couple of sessions a time. the striking is thai kickboxing and most of the ground stuff tends to be bjj. im really enjoying it, i do the two sessions a week and also do some bag work and go over the stuff at home.

beverley its a small town near hull, nothing special but i enjoy it and its the sort of mix i was looking for.

i'm thinkin about goin too uni in nottingham:-D

I've not spent that much time in Nottingham city center, and when i do, i tend to be in a forgetfull state.

Looks quite good tho, especially if ya like getting shot and stabbed. :-|

Didnt they teach you gun defences in traditional robsco? ;-)

yeh but frm what i gather robs training was that long ago he wouldnt remember anyway :-p
