Hi just putting the topic out for discussion how do you train weights or body weight
the darkside is more fun

I use a combination of Bar-bells and dunnbells. My dunnbells are normally weighing in around 5-10 kilograms depending on how I feel. Aswell as lifting, I do sit-up's and push-up's to keep my arms and body strong. I do about 20+ for everything I do. I.e. 20 bicep curls.
