Hi I'm 15 years old and train under WJJF, I have just completed my brown/white and found incredibly tough. When coming off the mat my instructor told me that he was glad I could cope with the pressure because my next grading was going to be a hell of a lot harder, Does anyone have any advice for achieving honours at brown belt, and coping with the pressure?

Just remember that it doesn't really matter.
All the pressure you feel is pressure that you are putting on yourself.

Pass or fail, nobody else is really bothered, you can just try again later. After so many gradings, isn't it time you failed one? I'm pretty sure the clubs are just after your money and you can't actually fail a grading.
