ground teciniques

anyone know some good ground teciniques and escapes because there this comp coming up in april and my sensei hasnt taught me any ground work

Hi ConnerT I am not sure of the reason you haven't learnt any ground techniques but I would seriousily check out other clubs that teach a wider variety of techniques. The Gracie home site shows groundwork in great detail and their newsletters are very good, take a look mate.
