Instructor: Pippa Granger (Purple Belt)
Parking: Parking is free after 5.30pm in Tiller Road
If you do not own a gi please wear workout clothes, the class is done in bare feet.

The classes are open to everyone regardless of age, experience or current fitness level.

What if I'm pre-op?

I am not entirely sure that's legal. You might need to check with the Equalities Commission as people/companies that provide goods or services in the EU are not allowed by law to discriminate on the basis of sex.

This is good idea. Women only. Good to watch. I come to help -ahem!
