triangle moves?

My sensei has asked me to find out the definition of a triangle move not a choke a move in general and all I can find is chokes I'm just a yellow belt and I really need help.this is in traditional ju jitsu btw not brazilian

As far as I know a traingle is a choke. But that isn't important.

The important thing is YOU are paying HIM to teach you, you are not paying him to find out the information yourself.

If I were you I would spend time finding a new Ju-Jitsu instructor, not researching what is and isn't a triangle.
