Iam 41 year old orange belt in jujitsu has any one got a fitness workout i could do at home i have a pull up bar and no room for much else i am trying to get fitter for my green belt any advice ?

Jogging to improve your cardio and endurance perhaps?

Is there a particular area you feel you need more strength? Although Ju-Jitsu is all about leverage, so you shouldn't need much, if any strength in the first place.
