Roundhouse Kick

This technique can be used to deliver a powerful strike to your attackers leg, upper body, or even their head.

You are squared off with your attacker as shown.

Twist anti-clockwise on the ball of your left foot and bring your right knee to the level of your hips.

Snap your foot out to deliver the strike. Be sure to return to your original position in exactly the same manner.
