I love your site. The detail you put into the project is impressive and is obviously a pain-staking process. I've searched the web long and hard for a jujutsu site this good and have not seen anything comparable.

I am a 43 year old 330# man in surprisingly good health. I have no athletic ability, but I would like to take up Ju Jitsu. How can I get my hands on a training video or dvd on Ju Jitsu. I believe for me this is the best self defense.
