Alan,

Trevors a good guy, tough but big hearted and a top notch instructor. Know him from the past when he was part of the UKJJA....saw him a few weeks ago for the first time in years & 'chewed the fat' over a pint.

I train at Gracie Barra Manchester now, at Bolton Wrestling Club on Wednesday nights, but learnt trad jujitsu under Allan Tattersall in Rochdale.

Being totally brain-dead and no good at ju-jitsu, I have realised I did not give the correct e-mail address (add the 60 to address!)

Sorry for the inconvenience

My son 'Ciaran' (aged 6) is the Ju-Jitsu participant in the family so I would like to join on his behalf.

I myself am too old and fat (and unfit) to take part, but I have an interest in Athletics, Rowing and Gymnastics.

I have an M.Sc in Exercise Physiology and have some understanding of human physiology, and was interested in the comments about the Press ups conversations.

I coach to a high level in athletics and train a few International athletes at Junior and Senior levels and would like to add comments if this would be allowed by you and your regular visitors.

Many thanks

Mike Johnson
